Ugh, Geometry is so boring.

Oh! Calculus! Gimme! I mean, please gimme. You want me to teach you some calculus? I know the basics of the first few chapters reasonably well enough to try...

I already had a friend teach me easy differentiation.

I already had a friend teach me easy differentiation. Wanna learn trig differentation? Or maybe the concept of implicit differentation...

well, let's just say I wanna get through geometry Can't help you there. That was 4 years ago for me. And I speeded through it in 3-4 months...

Sped, and it took you that long? I just sit there doing nothing now (at high school). Oh, I'll glance at the notes and check I don't need it first, but generally if we're doing geometry I don't. Once, I got in trouble for not doing the notes. I said I had them in my head and it would be a waste of ink and paper to write them down, so the teacher told me to do the exercises. I did, and then the extra ones. They all came out fine so she decided it was time to shut up and leave me alone now. It was plotting linear graphs using formulas and the extra was finding the formulas. I really didn't need the notes. I don't like my maths teacher much, can you tell?

I simply mean that most people would be in class for 9 months (normal schedule) or 4.5 months (block schedule). Geometry is a pretty useless subject, but there are some concepts you do need. (Hint: Triangle geometry is really the reason for Geometry's existence. The rest is so they can call it "geometry" and make it last 9 months. Well, I guess there are a few other things that help a little, but it wouldn't be a class if not for the triangle, which is pretty much the basis for many sections of Alg II and Pre-Cal along with some Calculus.)

I know trig. You just have to find the right formula, the right numbers and then punch them through a calculator. BORING.

I'm in the NZ equivalent of college. I just won't get Pre-Cal untill next year.

No, I'm just in Maths. Maths is one subject untill the last year of High school, where it spits into Maths with Stats and Maths with Calc. Science splits next year, so I'm severely limited on my subject choices - I need all three for vet.
