Supernatural powers are a fact of life. Some people have them, some don't, but they always seem to be there.
Technology, also, seems to be the same.
These two conflicting ideas could not reconcile themselves, and the humans were split.
The Ryan Alliance were devoted entirely to technology. They see no place in their lives for magic or any such thing. They left Earth 500 years ago, and now they inhabit the Eridani Sector.
The Gerollan Empire cast down technology. They live in relative peace now on Earth, in a devolved culture. They dedicate their lives to magic, and mystical creatures are often found here.
The Myrean Democracy have found a balance in the two. They, too, struck out into space, now inhabiting the Centauri Sector. With them came some of the mystical creatures that roam Earth now, ones that, like the humans, yearned to see the stars.
They have lived, apart and in peace, for 500 years. But now, the time draws near where they will meet yet again. Ryanese Scout ships push the boundries, daring space. The Myreans require more planets to feed and house an ever-growing populace, and some of the Gerollans are growing restless, seeking Forbidden Knowledge.
And into all this comes a new race, the felinoid Ra'Nacar. They do not speak English, do not even know of humans yet. What will happen when the two races encounter each other for the first time?
Out of the Order that has been in place since the Seperation 500 years ago flows a new kind of Chaos.
Currently, you may play as a Ryan, a Gerollan or a Myrean. The Ra'Nacar will be available for role-playing further in.
